The County of Los Angeles Fire Museum Association is proud to announce the 2009 Southern California Fire and EMS Equipment Expo on September 10, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Cerritos Sheraton.
We would like to extend a special invitation to you and your company to showcase your products and services to a select group of key Southern California fire and EMS officials at this unique one-day event. Unlike other conventions, this event is specifically geared to provide companies with direct access to buyers with minimal cost and impact on your business. This event has been designed to take place locally and mid-week to minimize travel expenses, reduce overtime and provide maximum exposure for both vendors and expo attendees.
This event will provide vendors with an intimate setting to interact one-on-one, directly with actual buyers and VIP’s from Southern California fire and EMS agencies. This event is not open to the public or firefighters – only those responsible for purchasing and/or equipment field-testing.
Participation fee ($500.00) entitles you to a 10’ x 10’ booth with a table and electrical hook-ups. Also included is access for you and your staff members to an exclusive post-event mixer immediately following the event.
As a non-profit organization, a portion of your participation fee is tax deductible.
We’ve intentionally booked this event in a 12,000 square foot venue to provide you with maximum exposure. However, space is limited, so reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t miss this one-of a-kind opportunity. The Big Bang For Your Buck
Booths are $500 each. You may pick your location as soon as we recieve your payment. Sign up early to assure a great location for this unique event. The booths are 10'X10' and include electricity, tables, and chairs. Set up begins at 7AM. Take down 4PM to 5PM. Mixer begins at 5PM.
A portion of your booth fee will be tax deductible. The actual amount will be determined by the number of vendors that attend the event.
All funds raised will be donated to the County of Los Angeles Fire Museum Association, a non-profit 501c3 organization.
